912 ULS Camshaft part number

Hello,
There are camshafts with two part numbers: 837418 and 837417.
What is the difference between both? Are they interchangeable?
A friend of mine has an engine 912ULS with camshaft 837418, but it has some wear and tear, but we can find as a spare part only 837417.
