Test post.

I spent an hour typing a succinct post describing the problem and what all I have done trying to track it down only to have my first post not be accepted and lost to the ether!

If this post works I will be back with the details!

    Much abbreviated version:

I got my newly built, 36 hour, RV-12iS ELSA out of the Paint Shop now Lane A is solid Red, Lane B Flashing Red.

I've replaced the K&N air filter and Ambient Air Pressure/Temp sensor due to paint overspray. see pics ( thanks paint shop, not cheap) but Still getting both faults, Oil Pressure sensor fault is intermittent and AAP sensor fault is continuous.

Does anyone know where I can get Rotax wiring diagrams/schematics and or pinouts to trace the wiring from connector to connector back to the ECU?

I think the sudden onset of these faults is more than coincidental that they happened at first engine start out of the paint shop.

    Ray,

Most of the diagrams you need are in the 912iS Installation Manual.  Also, this complete wiring diagram was posted here a while back and you may find it helpful.

    Hi

first you need to download the data logs to understand what’s happened. Send them tome  if you don’t understand those data.
