The 912is in my CTLSi is idling moderately rough at 3200 rpm. It won’t go above about 4700 rpm at full power but smooths out a bit there (takeoff is usually just over 5200 rpm if I remember correctly). Also, the Lane A light comes on flashing about five seconds after engine start.

Based on a previous read of the engine logs, I pulled the injectors on cylinders 2 & 4 and replaced them with new ones after they tested bad. Apparently, that didn’t change anything.

Compression checks fine and I didn’t see anything weird with the borescope. The spark plugs all looked good.

Any ideas or similar experience? Any recommendations for Rotax mechs in SoCal?

The engine logs attached if anyone with credentials would be so kind to take a peek. It took me many attempts before I got a good download (with a cheap PC and the expensive dongle)—any tricks out there to make that go smoother?

Thanks.

Found the problem, and kind of embarrassed I didn't see it right away:

Both intake manifold screws/bolts were missing on the #2 cylinder and the gasket was cocked aside, blocking airflow. Of the 8 total bolts, three were missing, three were loose. Replaced the gasket, and the missing bolts, torqued and re-torqued all to spec and the engine is running smoothly.
