Engine speed: half sync

Hello all,

I fly an RV-12iS with a Rotax 912is. I am getting new faults on the Dynon Skyview HDX under menu/engine/faults. See attached photo. I’ve downloaded codes from the ECU with the Rotax dongle and there are no codes. I’ve spoken to my regional rotax service center and to Dynon and they are both stumped.  The engine runs perfectly, btw. 

Of note, these faults first happened after I completed the 5 year rubber replacement with the intake manifold lifted up and many things disconnected.  I have double checked all of these.  On the first engine start after this work, the engine misfired for about 3 seconds and then ran smoothly.  I shut down and restarted normally and noticed the new faults  

Has anyone seen this?
