    Looks like mine will require the SB. I missed the cutoff by 1 serial number...


    Just out of curiosity; Are you saying you got the last one out the door, #7 703 547 ???

    How lucky is that!!! ... :unsure:

    ...just to explain: It is a requirement of the authorities, EASA/FAA. Rotax is not allowed to list non-certified engines on the certified SB.


    That makes sense and I can understand why.
    It also explains why the first page of the Non-Certified SB is numbered "1 of 1" and then followed by page "1 of 14" of the certified SB.

    Replacement part is listed as "available for purchase" here: https://www.cps-parts.com (PN: 481370)

    It's currently listed as "not in stock" with an expected delivery date of June 16th.

    Got the call last night. Plane is ready for delivery and it's on the list to have the Service Bulletin done. ETA on parts is 2 weeks. They left it up to me and I decided to wait and take delivery after the SB is complete.
