Ignition Cylinder 3/4 problem

Hi,

Use Dongle to check Rotax 912 is engine, It shows Ignition Cylinder 3/4 problem.

We try to change sparks of cylinder 3 and 4, and change coils, but it doesn't work. Do you what is the problem? How to solve the problem
