Fuel Pump Failures

290 hrs on fuel pumps using MOGAS and no issues with fuel pumps, 

No Issues with auto fuel that I have seen or heard of. They were designed for fuel so I doubt fuel is the issue. I doubt they were designed solely for 100LL too since Rotax preferes auto fuel over 100LL and these pumps are probably used in other fuel injected engine applications..

The Fuel pumps had a Mandatory Replacement ASB issued on them last year.

Heard of several issues with these pumps

You need to fill out a CSIR for this!

Changed the assembly for the ASB, and then changed a few more chasing a strange noise coming from the pump assembly on recommendation of the Rotax rep and Scoda Aeronautica.  Aircraft is a Super Petrel LS.  Last assembly main fuel pump failed after 22 hrs.  Only time any pumps failed throughout the ordeal.  Rotax already working it.  We run 93 no ethanol almost 100% of the time. 280 hrs in a year.
