Andair Fuel Pumps Bulletin & Recall

What is the problem with them? Can you link to their recall info?

A friend of mine called Andair and was told there are two cap screws under the covers on top of the pumps. The cover is the lid of a small compartment that houses some electronic components.  Apparently the cap screw heads can short something out, and they will swap them out for a lower profile screw.  You can send it in or they will send you the screws.
