912is - SPARK PLUG INSPECTION

I'm conducting my first 25hr inspection (embarrassed to say at 38hrs) for my RV12is (Rotax 912is) engine.
The spark plugs have been removed and I need input on their condition as they are "light brown" in color and do not have any oily residue.
(see the attached photos).
Question: Is the appearance of these plugs "normal" or is further investigation necessary?
