Thanks, Tyler.  That thought went through my mind as well, but I dismissed it since there’s a field for the date two lines below.  It’s awkwardly worded if so, but maybe a translation issue?  But it would be redundant if that’s true.  What are you A&Ps or owners with inspection authority filling in this field?  I just finished my 200 hr maintenance and have left this field blank on each previous schedule. 

My LAME always writes the date...

ie "on the 20 June 2022" the "100 hr" Check at 707.6 hr TSN tick etc

Aircraft Make and Model,”FDCT” ?Rationale: To ensure said engine is being maintained for its original intended use for the purposes of liability and warranty? 

You are not using the latest revision of the Rotax Line Maintenance manual. (Download from this link) https://www.rotax-owner.com/pdf/MML_912-Series_Ed4-Rev1.pdf

It makes a little more sense in the new revision.
