pre-heat engine

in 915iS Technical Questions Yesterday

At what temp should you pre-heat a 915is prior to starting cold?

    The Reiff preheat system I use which has an engine sump and heat band on the oil tank will reach an oil temp of about 90*F. That doesn’t specifically answer your question but I think of 45*F as a satisfactory temp prior to starting. Others may chime in.
