Buds download

I am trying to install Buds on a laptop with win 10, starts installing but sits on installing dongle driver and won't go any further. Tried updating drivers but hasn't had any affect. Anyone else had this problem and if you did please help. Thanks

I haven't heard of that one before... but one thing you might try is to run the installer by right clicking on it and "Run As Administrator"

Thanks, tried it but no luck. Could trend micro security do it.

Very possibly! I recommend removing ALL third-party 'security' apps from your win10 machine...
