Does this info come from a page or tool that's not available to the public? I see these questions come up a lot, and am curious why we can't look up the data ourselves.

Dealing with your question, I have no idea. It cames out that i searched on google "how to find date of manufacture for Rotax 582" and it gave me some links from other users asking the same question. I just thought that was the way to ask it (kind of only you can give this info and not for public).

Maybe you should open a topic about it and make a fast link for self research about this topic.
