Engine Age and TBO

Hi

I have a 912ULS serial 5,652,356. 

I understand it has a TBO of 1,500hrs of 12 Years (whichever first) from here:  https://legacy.rotaxowner.com/si_tb_info/serviceb/sb-912-057-ul.pdf 

I'd like to know the date of manufacture, I believe some poeple here can tell me?  

I understand an increase of TBO Hours is possible through following Para 3.4 of the above SB, but not an increase in hours?
