Where to get service

I am looking for the Rotax facility nearest to northwest Alabama that can perform the following on a not yet completed Van’s RV 12is:

ECU test/run per SL-912 i-011R3
Oil Spray Nozzle inspecgtion/replacement per mandatory SB 912i-016iS
Possibly a ‘long term storage’ inspection per SL-912 i-011R3 and Maintenance Manual Heavy sec. 71-00-00 , page 8.
