Hi!

Currently maintaining a Zlin Savage Cub with a Rotax 912ULS engine. The current propeller installed from previous owner
is in an unknown condition, and not approved or "recommended" from the factory.
I am about to try the standard wooden propeller that those aircrafts normally leave the factory with, but here is the question:

Where is the best option to find information about propeller bolts? And where do you buy those?
Looks like 8.8 M8 metric, and the ones installed on the "not approved" prop is safetied with lock wire on the heads.

Is there any standards in the rotor world?

I am from the more "certified EASA world", and not used to hunt information like this.....

    Hi Tage,

Seems to me, you might be better directing your question to the aircraft and or the propeller manufacturer.

From what I have read, wooden props need careful, specific mounting and ongoing maintenance techniques😈

My personal preference is to stay away from a wood prop. I prefer props that are composite and ground adjustable unless you live somewhere that allows a variable pitch prop. , i.e. Sensenich,  E-Prop and others, ect....
