I am having trouble identifying "Mandatory Alert Service Bulletins" effecting my engine.

Rotax 912iS Sport S/N 7705675

I can't find the Appendix that has the serial numbers listed for my engine.

I have done a search with no results. 

My first thought was it does NOT apply.

If your serial number doesn't apply will it say, "DOES NOT APPLY"?????
