Brake bleeder
I'm sorry, but this post has nothing to do with the Rotax, but I hope you find it useful.
I seem to get a lot of questions about brake bleeding and or a tool to help.
First always fill, flush or purge brakes from the bottom or low point up to the top to help remove all air.
Here is a very simple brake bleeding tool you can pick up for about $10 and it is highly effective. It is nothing more than a small 1/2 gal bug sprayer from the hardware store. I removed the adjustable spray tip and put on some clear plastic hose. The hose will now fit on over the bleeder valve on your brakes. Just pour in a quart of brake fluid and pump up the sprayer and purge the air out the plastic tube so it is only brake fluid. Connect it to the bleeder valve and open the bleeder valve a turn and then push the spray tank trigger and the fluid will flow fast and flush out the brake lines of all air. It works very well.
