Video on SB-912-063

On June 24 I received an email notice about the new SB-912-063 and today (June 27)I received another email about the REVISED SB-912-063. Both notices referred to the video on this site and directly linked to it. The video cuts off in the middle of a word at 9:59. In the list of all videos, this video is listed as 17:08 in length. Clicking on this the video also cuts off at 9:59. What's happening?
