Is my 582 blue head running too cold?

I may be being paranoid here (that happens) but I went flying yesterday for the first time after changing my prop, flushing radiator, installing carb-heat, and other general maintenance.
Ambient Temp was nice(for me) 25F.
I can only get my water temps up to 120-140F it used to run a little hotter. EGT temps are great.
Engine ran great. Just thought I better ask, don't want the dreaded cold seizure.
