I have nothing but trouble from ROAN since the start, several years ago. I object to people providing an inefficient or unusable series of choices. It's almost as if they are experts in what WE want....
For instance, one should be affgorded a choice such as this - a hope to contact the folk who can make a decision.
My trouble is the lack of continuity in accessing the videos. I have had to change my password every time I leave the URL for a length of time - "Remember my password" never works for me afer a short time away. At the moment, I am logged in but cannot watch a Minute video, although I am allowed the shortened version??? I keep getting the choice page repeated to me, as if I wasn't read.
Anyone else have these troubles?
