582 Type B Gearbox

I purchased an used Powered Parachute with a 582 and Type B Gearbox. I am wandering how much play should be in the cyclic movement of the propeller? I can slightly move the propeller back and forth without really any gear movement. Everything else "feels" good, but I don't know if being able move the propeller means the gears are worn and need replaced. To try on quantify the movement, I can move 1-2 degrees.
