For anyone needing to transport Auto Gas to the airport, here is some helpful information.
On Amazon or eBay, you get 4 5-gallons Poly-Gas Cans for under $100USD. Or 4 Jugs Plus a Filler Cap for under $110.
Google "VP Racing 2000RD-44 KIT Red".

They are taller than normal consumer gas cans so have a smaller footprint when storing them.
They are marketed to the Auto Racing Circuit and are higher quality than consumer fuel cans.
They are NOT sold as Consumer fuel containers so there are none of the CARB compliant mechanisms to deal with.
The feds say that you can not sell a Poly gas can larger than 5 gallons.
These Poly-Cans are labeled as 5-Gallon containers.
In reality, they will hold a little more than 6 gallons if filled to the base of the neck.
4 containers, fully filled will hold 25 gallons.

If you will be filling these at a retail gas station be sure to buy only the RED containers.
Gasoline cans must be RED. Another Federal Law thing. Avoid the hassle.

They are not supplied with any hoses or spouts.
This means they do NOT need to be CARB compliant.
They have a plugged 3/4" FPT Pipe thread in the center of the Supplied caps.
If you add a readily available 3/4" pipe fitting and two feet of 3/4" hose you will have a setup that will deliver the whole 6 gallons in under a minute.
It is a better idea to purchase one readily available spare cap for the cans and use this cap only when transferring fuel.
