Purging of Lubrication System with hydraulic govenor.
Rotax 912 ULS-3
119 total containers

We follow the procedure in cording to video on "Purging of Lubrication System"
We tried many turns, and it was enough oil and air right pressure. But I still heard a click, Sound like it comes from Valve lifters. When we had turned many times, a steady stream of oil came out in the return hose. And we have oil pressure. But clicking sound in lifters was still there.
After when fire up engine, Oilpressure within 5 sec. I warm up to 50C and check of Valve tappets for gap, as you can see on video link here, it was soft. Not only on one, but all 4. https://www.screencast.com/t/qlOmWno0kPF
We are sure we hit the valve point, we even check with a inspection cam.
I follow the procedure with 3x5 min. On 3500. Set same result (soft valves).
Iam is sure that the oil hose is correctly set up
Some questions:
The oil tem just hit 50C before checking.
We remove the lowest plug instead of top plug for checking
Should I wait until the oil temperature is up to 100C?
Is it a good idea to give it a quick full throttle? – I give it a quick run up to 4800 but still gap on valve.
If full throttle should the oil temp be 50 or wait until it comes to 100C before I give it a quick full throttle.

I'm not sure, but I think last time I Purging of Lubrication System I turned with the plug in, but the spark plug cap was off.
It was very hard to turn, but after a while it comes with a steady stream of oil from the return hose.
After fire up, and check on lifters, there was no gap at all.
Is there any idea to try to do the same again?
I think the oil is flowing better in the engine with the plugs in.

Is there any point in trying to purge the routine again, but higher air pressure and spark plug in motor?

Since it's a 912 ULS but hydraulic govenor, is there another routine on this than a ordinary 912 uls??

Because we did the same routine on another 912 uls (witout a govenor) and the was very hard and no gap.

Any suggestion?
