carburateurs synchronizer

Hello everybody,

my name is Stephane, ex flight engineer DC10, A300, B707, I'm working now for a company wich uses ROTAX 914 engines, could anyone tell me wich synchronizer is the best for this job?
I heard that the single gage, two needles is the best, but where to find it?

There are electronic devices that work okay, but you can't diagnose with them and they tend to take longer to use.
Then there are the two analog needle gauges. These work well because you can see what each carb is doing and more importantly you can diagnose with them.
The dual needle manifold gauge you're talking about is basically the same as this it just has both needles in one gauge.

you can find a dual MAP gauge at almost any aircraft salvage yard.
They are used in piston twin aircraft.
Many instrument overhaul shops will have a supply as well.
