fuel coming out of vent tubes

99% sure all the bowden cables and housing are completely secure, but I will double check also

The armature was checked a second time to make sure it was adjusted properly.. we ran it up after that.. thats when everything worked great and we got to sync the carbs with Carb Mate..  Next day we started it up, and it ran slightly rough for a couple minutes at 2000 RPM for the warm up and then it started to leak fuel out the vent tubes again.

Sounds now like maybe the needle valve isn't seating well. You may need to polish your needle valve seats too like Sean. Here's my email send me yours and I'll send back the info.

Not 100% sure on what we did to actually fix it, but we ended up replacing all the spark plugs and started over with the Rotax setup for mechanical sync of the carburetors. Then we followed the write up of yours from the "Carb Sync for beginners" here on Rotax owner. Seems to be running great now!! Thanks a lot!
