RTV red high temp silicone. Do not fill the inside of the spring as Vans RV 12 does as it retains heat and can cause early spring failure. Apply it to the outside of the spring. Use more than a thin pencil width on the spring. Do it similar to the picture. The spring should have about 1mm space between coils. Force it in between the coils and give it enough body on the outside to do its job for vibration dampening and don't forget to safety wire them.
