They have changed the oil pressure sensor on the new 912ULS and naturally the old gage will not work now. Where do I go to get the correct one?

    You could upgrade your gauge or it may just need a resistor in line or you could go back to the old style VDO sensor. Call the people who makes your gauge and see if they can tell you what you would need for the new sensor or look in their installation manual. It's a good chance the answer you seek is in there.

    Ernie,
    perhaps it's a good idea to clearly specify what's installed right now and or to post a picture of what you have in place. It seems a significant change was to replace the former resistance based VDO sensor by a Honeywell sensor that delivers a small voltage to indicate oil pressure. When the Honeywell sensor was discontinued and replaced by a KELLER device (again voltage) the thread of the sensor was changed, too.
    Thus, if you switch from VDO to one of the newer sensors you will most likely need a new gauge. That's is not the case if you only switch from Honeywell to KELLER. However, in that case you better check the thread of the oil pump housing. You may end up requiring some adapter to convert from M10 (KELLER) to, in some cases, 1/8'' NPT.
    In case you require an adapter consider having the two threads linked up with a hose of a suitable length. That way you can "disconnect" the sensor from the vibrations the engine generates that are somewhat disliked by the sensors anyway.

    During an annual the oil pressure sending unit was changes to correct occasional fluctuation. Now at 5200rpm the gauge shows in the high 60'spsi and once in a while triggers the high oil pressure alarm. The old gauge Should I change this one out also?was normally in the 40's.
