Hi, Rotax 503 engine with sl. no 3984567 is installed in a Powered Hang Glider. Since it was due for overhaul, we purchased a kit from Rotax authorised dealer and replacement of parts as per the manual was carried out the AME holding B1 License and having experience in maintenance of Rotax.

The performance of engine is good. will this is be ok to use this engine in Powered Hang Glider or Do I need to send the engine to authorised service for overhaul once engine.

Request your advise please

Regards

Franklin

This will all be determined by your local government regulations.
In the U.S., a Powered Hang Glider is generally not considered an "Aircraft", it is an "Ultralight Vehicle"
As long as it qualifies as an Ultralight and flown as such, Anybody can do Anything they want without authorization.

Your local regulations (India) may vary.
