Engine block painting

Greetings,

I want to renew my engine block painting, ı want to remove paint on but ı have struggling about finding suitable painting to be used. Can anyone suggest me any type of paint to use my Rotax 912 iS Sport

Fairly certain the 912iS engine block is painted with electrostatic paint or Powder coated. It's not going to be easy to remove OR replace. We don't know anyone who has re-painted a 912iS block (Yet).

Agree with above comment, I asked rotax what the coating was (for the relation to shock load testing & checking the casing) and it wasn’t powder coat or cerakote. Not sure what it was anymore, I have yet to see an iS get flakey paint on the casing though and I’ve seen some real horror stories.
