THE SITE WILL BE TEMPORARILY DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE, offline about one half hour for network equipment firmware updates - (unscheduled emergency patching at our hosting center)

Patch window August 13th will be about 18:00 to 19:00 Eastern time.
(22:00 - 23:00 ZULU)

The hosting guys ran a little overtime, but we're back online now ( sorry for the delay!)

Hopefully we're done with critical security patches for a little while (at least the kind that take us offline for an hour - most of the time we stay online during updates...)
