Hi,
Iam owner of rotax 582 UL DCDI Mod.99 blue head.

How to ajust the 2 cylider tembrechures the same, CHT and especially EGT.

Andreas,

First place to look would be the carbs. Check the main and needle jets for cleanliness. Make sure both idle screws are the same turns out. Check the rubber carb boots for cracks. Drop the float bowls and make sure the fuel level is the same in both. (13mm from the top of the bowl with the floats out) Make sure that both slides are the same height at idle and they both begin to rise at the same time as throttle is applied.

Since each carb runs one cylinder, its important that they both be set up exactly alike.

Bill thanks for the advise.
the different is in the limit that rotax says. i read max different 19c.
this is from 2000rpm to 4000rpm rpm. and as are going up to max rpm the dif. is reduse to 2c-3c.
5000rpm and up is 2c-3c the dif.
I asked just to make it better and to see where to look and do firts.

this is from 2000rpm to 4000rpm rpm. and as are going up to max rpm the dif. is reduse to 2c-3c.
5000rpm and up is 2c-3c the dif.
I asked just to make it better and to see where to look and do firts.
