I dont know what year my rotax 440 engine is or even what it came out of. I need to replace the plugs and I dont want to just replace with the same ones that are in it just for the simple fact they could be the wrong ones. Here is all the info on the vin tag. MTR N 2950335 BORE 2X67,5 STROKE 61MM 436.6CC Thanks for all the help.

    Hi Thomas,
That is not an aircraft engine serial number. You on your own if you want to use a snowmobile engine. They have a completely wrong power curve for a propeller: just when you need the torque the most (go-around) it will fall off the powerband and quit.
    Don't use it for aircraft.

You need to go to a BRP watercraft/snowmobile shop. Try looking for a local shop at www.BRP.com
We only have access to aircraft engine data.
