Hi,
Now after I successfully accomplished (thanks to your help guys) the carbs rebuild and installed a new throttle cable :), I have found that the harness goes out of the coil is actually worn out very badly.

I need to replace the coil's harness assembly kit. Looking at Rotax's technical documentation I found it should be quite easy task. Before ordering the part I wish to get yours advise about two issues: 1. Is this simple to disconnect it and reinstall the new wires (on the coil side)? 2. In order to disassemble the stator and the coil itself, do I need this special tool kit to hold it while releasing the nut? If I have no access to these accessories may you recommend a work around?
Thank for any help you can provide me.

You will need to lock the crankshaft with the proper crankshaft locking pin. Do NOT use anything other the the proper tool or you will have major issues.

You will also need a puller and mushroom and a special "Key" tool called a puller plate to remove the magnet to get to the stator.

If you don't have these tools, you won't be able to do the job
