Rotax 580.7 type 583

I just purchased a vintage skidoo engine.  # 3828221     model 580.7  type 583 does anyone have some dates or type of engine i have.   I am having a some troubles with carbs.  Looking information on why they keep pouring fuel out the front of carbs.  I have cleaned and checked floats  t and needle and seats  set the arms level on floats.  could there be a fuel pump pressure putting to much fuel?    The main jets say 400  which is approx.   point 065 in diameter.  It starts but floods out in very short order.  any diagrams of vacuum lines, currently not using the oil injection system  as it is on the work bench.  Thanks in advance for any help possible.  regards Tom
