What plane is this and how high is the oil tank mounted? Some planes have oil tanks mounted too high and out of Rotax specks. So even on a 75F day it takes 40 - 70 rotations to get oil back to the tank. I just did an annual on a Savannah and it had this high mounted oil tank and it takes a ton of rotations to get all the oil back to the tank because the tank is mounted too high. This is even worse when it's cold outside. Plus each engine is a little different. Some can rotate a prop just a few turns and it gurgles and others rotate the prop 20-40 turns. This usually just means in the ones that have to rotate more means it just more oil in the bottom of the crankcase to pump back to the tank. There's nothing wrong with it, it just has its own personality compared to another.
