1- Check the engine running with TLR (airbox temp, servo position, airbox pressure vs target, fuel pressure, etc)
2- Check if there are no leaks in the big hoses (if you have intercooler, from Turbo and to airbox; from airbox to carburators) and the small ones connected to the airbox
3- Check wastegate free movement

The turbo works on exhaust pressure. Any lag suggests a communications error or problem with the set up of the cable and setpoints. Be sure that your vent/map hoses are all new (should have replaced at overhaul) What MAP pressure do you have at 100% and 115% settings?
Cheers
