Rough running @cruise setting

My Rotax 912 ULS with Airmaster CS prop in a Europa Aircraft is causing me problems.
During take off and climb there are no issues, but as soon as switch to cruise (corse setting) the engine starts to go very rough.
Changing throttle setting does not have any effect. Only when I set the pitch back to be slightly finer (climb) the engine starts to go better.
The prop should not make any different on the behaviour of the engine, or?
I have installed new ignition from Ignitec, had the original ignition tested and updated, overhauled both carbs, replaced the mechanical fuel pump.
Nothing seems to help. The engine has now 125 hours.
Any suggestion on how to continue? Any prof Rotax workshop in EU?
