If you are getting 130-140psi with a standard compression test, You are OK. I usually do a standard check by removing one plug from all four cylinders so the engine will really wind up in a hurry with the starter (mags off).
If your engine is running OK with no problems, a standard compression check is all you need. I do a leakdown check at annual time only, or whenever I suspect a problem. A leakdown test is great for pinpointing where a problem is, but is no better than a standard test for just checking compression.
