By the looks of the figures there is no need to worry. However, what’s the process to get the engine „hot“ to conduct your measurement? Is it a ground run till you get the minimum required oil temp (50 C) or do you go flying for 20 minutes before you measure?

Turns out my gauge was reading 9 psi low!  Should have checked that first before i panicked. Thanks for response.
