    Hi Roger,
    Yes, I bought a quick drain and it would hardly open, not enough to lock. I looked into it and the oil tank was standardized back in 2013 so any newer engine will have the same problem. Rotax did not publish anything as it does not affect the installation dimensions in any way, only the inside of the oil tank was changed. As they have nothing to do with aftermarket options, Saf-air would not have been contacted directly.
    Saf-Air has been great about getting onto the project and the adaptor should be ready soon. It will require buying a 1/2-20 drain and a 12x1.75 adaptor. I get the first one :cheer:
