    Hi Jay,

    I would turn the mixture screws back to 1.5 turns.

    I think your problem either lies in a switch or one of the white ground wires has a bad connection. Maybe the insulation rubbed through somewhere or the wire is pinched or broken just inside its connector. All places to look and trace every inch back to its source. Start at the switches.

    Hi Ian,

    Glad it worked out. The poor or disconnected ground can sure cause a lot of weird things and the first place I usually check.
