Oil link on lifter tubes

Hi Guys,
After re-instaled my 912 ULS (#800 hours) and #2 hours flight, I have noticed a little link around the "lifter tube" (sorry, not sure about right name) on cylinder 2 and 4; see pict here:
-What do you think about?
(looks like to me the o-ring is linking?)
