OK, so I understand that is probadly lead, or even water and I should not worry to much about that.
I will maintain the oil chage frequency every 50 hours, even if now I only use unleaded SP98, and next time I will open/clean my oil tank to check if I still find this grey cream.
    Thanks folks.

OK, I finally was able to view the photos.
And I agree it may not be water.
Watery Oil would soak into the paper towel and spread.
The grey Paste looks and acts a lot like Anit-Seize Compound which is finely ground aluminium in oil.
This very well could be fine lead precipitate in the oil.
If you still have any of the Goo, place a drop in a jar of water.
Watery Oil will Float, Oily Lead will sink.

Given 24 hours to think about the problem....

The engine has not seen Leaded gas in over, let's call it, 700+ hours to be conservative.
That looks like a lot of lead to me.

With the Anti-Seize compound still in mind, I am questioning if it might be Aluminum!!!!

Now, I am not sleeping so well!
Engine Oil can be tested for under $20.
It may be advisable to send an oil sample out for Analysis.

    Hi Bill,
Last April, I have done an oil analysis:

It was approx 60 hours motor ago, and between I have made an oil change 50 hours motor ago (means 10 hours after this analysis).

To be noticed that for this last oil change, I warm up the motor during approx 10 min but I did not fly before (which is usually what I do); So, may be this time the deposit (grey cream) stay at the bottom of the oil tank?

Here's what happens when oil doesn't get changed and water never gets cooked off.
