New cylinder head torque procedure

I'm looking at SI-912-025 which is the "Change of tightening torque procedure for the cylinder heads", and on page 5 I'm perplexed by the mention to tighten nuts to 265 in. lb. (-44 in. lb.)
Is the (-44 in. lb.) a tolerance value, meaning +0 -44 , or something else?

Thanks roger, I knew about the video, but as I'm not presently a subscriber, I couldn't view it.
I really just wanted to know if this is a tolerance spec where they omitted the +o, and specified only the minimum value.

Guy, I had to reread the instruction specs after watching the Video and the (-44in lb) notation appears to be an initial tightening torque value used to snug the heads in preparation for " intake manifold alignment" of the 2 heads. That is certainly not clearly stated in the instruction. Once the heads are aligned, then you apply final torque and additional rotation as specified.
