Mag Drop

I have a 914 with 150 hours since new on the searey the right mag drop is @300 left mag drop is@150, Install ed and gapped new spark plugs and balanced carbs No appreciable change.Color on old plugs looked good no real difference between them.Any Thoughts on where to go next?
