I don't see anything wrong with the pressures or temperatures you are indicating as you either below the maximum and above the minimum.

What type of oil are you using?

In the Rotax operators manual, it states that high oil pressure could be a result of the wrong oil viscosity.

Also, below are the oil pressure values as stated in the Rotax installation manual:

(click on link for manuals - https://www.rotax-owner.com/en/support-topmenu/engine-manuals#912-series-engines)

    Max. 7 bar (102 psi)
Min. 0.8 bar (12 psi) (below 3500 rpm)
Normal 2.0 to 5.0 bar (29-73 psi) (above 3500 rpm)

    (Also, see attachment)

WARNING: Under NO circumstances should you either remove the spring OR cut the spring.

Below are the Max and min oil temp for your engine.
    Max. 140 °C (285 °F)
    Min. 50 °C (120 °F)

If you are interested in knowing more about fluctuating oil pressures, watch the Rotax-Owner video addressing the topic (Click on link) - https://www.rotax-owner.com/en/videos-topmenu/elearning-videos/255-oilpress

guys, the problem is that the oil pressure jump up in the air.
with the original spring : "when just start engine and even after warming ( OAT 30 C) at 2000-4000 RPM the oil pressure is around 65 psi

On flight, above 4100 RPM the oil pressure goes 70-73 psi
    at 4500 RPM 73 psi
    at 5150 RPM 75 psi

    so:
if I will start with 75 psi when just start the engine I'm afraid it will pass the limit in the air

    p.s
all my friend with same aircraft&engine as 55 psi at starting and max 65 on air

I know this question has been asked and answered several times within this forum. Have you done a search and read all information regarding High oil pressure and oil temp?

I can pretty much guarantee, if you do a search you will find the answer you are looking for.

Also, do you have an oil thermostat installed?

no oil thermostat installed...I live in warm country. most of the year above 30 C :-)

I try to find an answer searching this forum, I learned a lot, but can't find a solution :-(

My engine is 912uls 2007 and I know my oil pressure valve is the old one (short screw+long spring+ball)
should I replace it to the new one with cone? or its only for the new version of engine?

any other ideas to solve the problem. (high oil pressuer at start up 65psi and on flight goes to 75psi at 4100RPM)
