Dog Gear Orientation

Hi Guys,
I have taken my gearbox apart for inspection and now am reassembling it with new spring washers and new thrust washer and new shims.
My question, and I have looked the heavy maint. manual over, but is there a correct orientation for the dog gear in the clutch?
The clutch and the dog gear have weep holes in them, and I didn't notice the orientation when I took it out of the clutch to inspect.
Are the holes supposed to line up, go 90 degrees or does it matter?
