Hi - some help please! My 912uls runs perfectly at idle and low RPM. However when the throttle is opened fully it has starting failing - it does not cut out but loses RPM and feels similar to what you would expect if you pulled the choke out at high RPM or as though it is being starved of fuel. It has done it while on an initial climb after takeoff and now again as I gave it full throttle when about to take off. Ideas on what may be causing this?

First I would put a set of carb sync gauges on and see what that tells me. You may need to start at the fuel filter and check it for debris, then if you have a gascolator check it and then the pump because it has a screen filter in it, then the banjo bolt on the fuel block assembly on the carb cross over tube (if you have a fuel block assembly) and the banjo bolts at the carbs. Something is affecting fuel flow most likely. It can be an issue with the carbs and or debris or debris in the fuel supply system.
