I have narrowed a small pesky oil leak to the right side of the oil pump where the oil pressure sender screws in.
I have the necessary 4 'O' rings. It appears to be simple to remove and replace the rings. Plan to do it soon.
Any thing I need to know or watch for? Plan to leave the oil filter attached. The manual doesn't call for the Loctite gasket maker, should that be used?

    Nothing particularly complicated about it.
The pin in the Oil Pump drive shaft that drives the actual pump Gerotor (The gear looking Parts) is loosely fit and will fall out. Heads Up!
If you remove the Gerotor parts in the Pump, take note of the small drill spots identifying the sides that face the cover.
There are 2 small and 1 large O-Rings on the Engine side and 1 large ring on the Cover side

There is no need for Gasket Goo, It is all O-Ring seals.

    That is about it!

and note that you will likely get some residual oil trapped in the casting cavities of the pump. this will work its way out past the screws. Don't keep tightening them! it is only residual and will stop, eventually.
